This website, leadzap.com.my, is run by Leadzap Marketing Sdn Bhd (SSM 201901013497 (1322825-P)), 16-1, Jln SS19/6, SS 19, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We are a digital marketing and software company. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Leadzap" mean Leadzap Marketing Sdn Bhd.

We only collect what you give us or what your visit to the site shows:

• When you fill in a form (contact, consultation or enquiry forms): your name, email address, phone number (on forms that ask for it), company name, the service you are interested in, and your message or budget.
• When you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, number or address, and what you tell us.
• When you sign a proposal with us online: the details needed for the agreement, such as your name, company, contact details, the signature you give and the agreed services and fees.
• When you browse the site: usage data from Google Analytics, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and whether you click to WhatsApp us, call us or send a form.

• To reply to your enquiry and give you the consultation or quote you asked for.
• To prepare, sign and carry out an agreement with you, and to invoice for it.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
• To send you information about our services, only if you have agreed to it. You can tell us to stop at any time.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the site and our business, for example the service that delivers form messages to us, our website hosting, and our database and document tools. They may use your data only to provide that service to us.
• Google, for Google Analytics and the Google Maps map shown on the site.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers, such as Google and Meta, may store or process data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we use well-known providers and share only what is needed.

The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to count visits and see how the site is used. The embedded Google Maps map may also set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, business and tax records). After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
